the best gym ever .. everyone is extremely friendly, helpful and qualified .. it's a great place to work out at your own pace or to have a personal trainer .. they also have heaps of different classes including yoga .. and different Les Mills programs .. also a cycle studio RPM .. 😊
It's my local gym, the community is great. I go there every Monday and Wednesday and it is a genuinely good place. The staff are helpful, and very friendly. it's clean, it's accessible to both genders, because no one actually judges or anything like that.
Great classes, friendly staff
Excellent gym
Friendly, old school weight room and strong programme of Les Mills and custom classes. Ian's PT 101 on Tuesday night is an extremely challenging circuit style class that changes every week
