I have been a member of this gym since it opened and was always impressed by the way it was run until recently when the corporate HQ office stepped in and started to mandate all the recent changes which has resulted in a lot of dissatisfied members, dirtier equipment, and many outages on machines due to maintenance. The ability to wipe down machines has now been modeled after Planet Fitness with the removal of the towels and small bottles of cleaner and substituted with paper towels that disintegrate after one use and only two stations located far away from the majority of the machines. Therefore a lot of people just don’t wipe them down any longer. At one point last week there were 6 cardio machines down for over 3 weeks and there are still 4 down awaiting parts and service from what seems to be a less than efficient Matrix service center located an hour away. Pads on back order for months, broken and dirty machines. You should give control back to the local managers as they were doing great til corporate stepped in. Careful of all the regulars will start to find another place to use their gym money.

Very disappointed that the corporate office dictates no more towels - so we adjusted by bringing our own - or going through paper towels like crazy - But now you got rid of 100% of the small sanitizing bottles - so now only a very few large ones (i saw 6). Due to this almost all gym users don’t bother to wipe off machines - this is a recipe for transferring body fluids to one another and I for one am not happy with this chinchy move to save a dollar. It’s not like the employees cant refil the little bottles with a standardized mixture of sanitizer. I can assure you if I bring my own it will not be to whatever dilluted standard you may have had. Very disappointed in some of the changes.

This is absolutely one of the worst gyms I have ever joined in my life. Honestly, the condition of this gym looks just like the surrounding area—completely run-down and neglected. If you actually want to work out or use the amenities you pay for, good luck. You will constantly find "Temporarily Out of Order" signs slapped on the equipment you need, from the Matrix cable machines to the massage/recovery chairs. Management clearly has zero urgency to maintain the facility or fix the broken equipment. The owner desperately needs to invest in better equipment instead of letting the place fall apart. If they actually cared about the quality of their gym, they would upgrade their cheap, broken-down machines and invest in high-quality gear and cable attachments like Maxagrip.

I have reached out to terminate my membership multiple times since July. I am active duty and moved, when I reached out in the summer I was given an email address, which I emailed. Heard nothing back, I called multiple times and was continually ignored, to include today (11/28) when I was ‘promised’ the manager would call me back. No call back. I called the corporate office and was assured my membership was cancelled, that was October. I had my card removed from the account. I filed for fraudulent charges with Wells Fargo and Anytime STILL didn’t respond. I now receive a notice $98 in membership fees will be sent to collection if I don’t pay. I have practically begged this organization to return my calls. Nothing.
