Friendly front desk and knowledgeable sales team! I really like the fact that they have a steam room and a jacuzzi! I always like to go relax after my workout! Would recommend

Been to many gyms and this is the best one yet have been here for 3 years and won't be going anywhere. Always clean and never too crowded and the price is very reasonable compared to other places that offer less.

I joined Gold's Gym VSL in early February 2019 and signed up for the 12 week challenge. Ever since, I can only say good things about this establishment. I really enjoy Gold's Gym because of its friendly and attentive staff, it has all the equipment, facilities, and everything you need to do a full and complete workout, and the cleaning staff always do a real good job keeping the place clean. But the one most dear to me is the Personal Trainer who was assigned to me for my 12 week challenge. I have had quite a few personal trainers over the years, played competitive sports, etc, and he is the best one I have ever had. He helped me lose over 40 pounds in 12 weeks. He helped get me into shape so fast, the workouts are always different, so that you constantly challenge your body to strengthen, build, and firm up. I recommend it for all who want to become or be in the best shape of their life!
