Both rooms and the grounds surrounding the building are beautiful. Delicious dinner dishes, appetizers, and cakes. The waitstaff was small, but very efficient, friendly, and helpful. The owners were friendly and approachable. For First Communion '23, we ordered one hot dish plus appetizers. - The guests poured the broth from tureens, - The cream of white vegetable soup (great flavor, but a bit too thick) was served by the staff in bouillon bowls. For the main course, we ordered three types of meat. We asked for each to be served on plates for self-serving. We also chose new potatoes and a mixed salad with vinaigrette. Among the appetizers was a Greek salad, which also went well with the dinner. WARNING! We take home everything that's left uneaten (meats, salads, appetizers, plates of delicious cold cuts) packed in large plastic boxes from Avilla (it's worth bringing plenty of cooler bags to pack everything, as one only fits two boxes). We ate it all for a week... ;) The day before the party, I delivered the cake (you have to sign the box, because only the staff goes into the kitchen) and set out place cards for the guests on the already prepared tables (Avilla doesn't set them out). I also brought a few bottles of wine (the bag was at our table), which were placed in ice buckets on the day of the party to keep them cold. We were all so stuffed that I was happy to think about the side dishes we hadn't ordered, like ice cream, because they would have gone to waste. Everyone loved it here, as the place and its grounds are beautiful and well-maintained. The only things that could be improved are: - the chocolate fountain (paid extra) is located at the main entrance, so everyone can help themselves. It's especially difficult to keep children from overdoing it. So, some pay, everyone uses. - dusty tables right by the main entrance, - a broken sink in the men's restroom – it's good there was another one, - the locks on two of the women's restroom stalls didn't work – only the third stall was lockable. Despite a few drawbacks, I HIGHLY recommend it. We'll definitely be back! :D

I absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND! I strongly advise against organizing any event at the Avilla banquet hall. Before the reception and booking, everything seemed perfect, the communication was excellent, and the promises were great. Unfortunately, on the day of the First Communion reception, the magic was shattered, and reality turned out to be a complete nightmare. Three receptions were held in the main hall, and only THREE waiters were assigned to serve. The service was terrible: sloppy, oversized shirts. Dirty and CRACKED glasses were spread out on the tables! When I pointed this out to the waiter and asked him to walk around the tables and check the remaining glassware, I was told... he needed to speak to the owner first, if he could even do that! SERIOUSLY?!?! The chicken soup I ordered was served cold. They completely forgot to serve salads with the main course. Appetizers? Quantity-wise, it was a complete disaster, but the taste was completely bland and lacking any real character. The wine we brought was only set aside once, and then my husband had to run to the kitchen for more bottles himself. After dinner, the waiters disappeared. There was no one to clear away the dirty plates or bring drinks. We reported the situation to the owner at least three times. He said he'd take care of it, then disappeared into the kitchen and did nothing. Total ignorance. The owner seems to think he lives in a different era. He thinks all he has to do is open the room, serve anything, and people will be grateful and kiss your hands. No, it's not – times have changed. Banquet halls with this approach are on the decline, and that's exactly what I predict for this place. If you want to ruin an important family celebration, leave completely pissed off, disgusted, and with a much smaller wallet – I recommend this ruin. But if you care about fond memories and the feeling of money well spent, STAY AWAY FROM THE VILLA! A NIGHTMARE! I TOTALLY RECOMMEND AND WARN!

Terrible service is not enough! The tables and chairs on the covered terrace were covered in dust! We waited almost an hour for our food, and then they brought it all at once. When they served the croquettes, the red borscht arrived 30 minutes later! The cake was very poor quality! I don't recommend it at all!

DO NOT HAVE A COMMUNION HERE (You'll be embarrassed in front of your guests!!!!!) The negative reviews are well-deserved in 2026. For 30 people, 7 appetizers for the entire table 3 chicken jelly rolls the size of a MONTE package And one tortilla cut into 4 pieces, which is supposed to be the entire appetizer The small children don't have any food! Only a high chair—because they're FREE The staff does their best, but there aren't enough of them and they can't keep up (because it's SO cheap), so dirty plates are left on the tables even though dessert and cake are supposed to be ready. There was supposed to be a chocolate fountain because there were several First Communion celebrations in the hall besides ours. About 90 people. But there was: 2 kg of chocolate, which was so cold it wouldn't flow, a package of small strawberries and a handful of grapes, corn chips for 3 złoty, and it was FREE. Of course, only from the middle of the party on, because the kids would have eaten too much ;D Be grateful they gave it to you. The owner is being argumentative in the comments, but all the negative reviews are true and deserved. These are not honest owners of this place. It left a bad taste in the mouth and a lesson not to trust such people with important events.
