I go to Harmony La Praille since 2004. It is just wonderful. It has a motivating atmosphere and clean equipment. The staff is friendly and helpful. The coaches make upmost efforts to be attentive and to advise if asked. Smalll group training classes are absolutely fantastic. Collective courses are diverse and numerous. Everyone finds what he/she need! You can do your work out, relax in the spa area, which is a five-star one, and just enjoy every that "moment for youself". I highly recommend this gym for both beginners and regular gym-goers!
Silvia
