A member in June 2019: "Great gym for shift workers like myself, well lit parking out the front for those early morning sessions. Equipment is quite well diversified and stations to work just about everything you could think of. Bec is a top class manager and takes our suggestions for new equipment and revamp ideas very keenly, very approachable and always has time to check on my progress."

That's the best detail on the page and it's about a car park. If you're arriving at 4am before a shift, lighting isn't a nice-to-have. Nobody writes that sentence unless they've stood in a dark one somewhere else.
He also says suggestions for new equipment actually got taken seriously. That's a claim about responsiveness, and it's the opposite of the pattern I keep finding elsewhere, where members report problems and nothing happens.
Somebody Asked About Her Health First
A member in June 2019: "I loved my first session at the gym! Equipment is modern which is great. Being able to choose my own music was a surprise and delight. Bec is a great listener and took the time to get to know my restrictions and health issues. I am looking forward to a long association with the club."

Two people, same month, both mention choosing their own music. That's a small thing that tells you something bigger: it's not a busy gym at those hours, or they wouldn't let you.
Both also describe being asked about limitations before being pointed at machines. One for health issues, one for age. That's an intake process, not just friendliness.
Fair warning on the first one, though: she says "I loved my first session." That's an opening impression, written before she'd trained there properly, and she was looking forward to a long association she may or may not have had.
24-Hour Access, and Security

Two reviewers confirm 24-hour access, which I'm glad about, because the listing publishes no hours at all and I wouldn't assert it from the brand alone.

Also note: one reviewer calls her a personal trainer, another calls her the manager. Might be both, might be two people. I can't tell and I'm not going to guess.
"Great security" is worth a mention given what I've read elsewhere tonight, but nobody says what that actually means.

No equipment named. "Diversified" and "modern" is as far as it goes.
