Life under chemo is hard. There was a silver lining though when Jessie, Reggie, Tammy L, Tammy CA, Nadia and VA team made my birthday super special this week. Thank you for making me feel loved and cared for in a time that my soul needed it very much. This is what makes belonging to this club wonderful.
Excellent gym with friendly staff, well trained personal trainers, a huge variety of machinery, swimming pool, wifi and a sauna. Bathrooms include showers, lockers and hairdryers available. There is a coffee shop outside

By far the worst Virgin Active I've been to. Zero care for your safety. Management who will not take any input from the people who actually use the gym. Weights scattered all over the place while the staff stand around chatting. Poor equipment selection. This place has reached peak corporate enshittification.
I have been trying to sign up online with no success, then tried to call 6 times with no answer either!! Are these people interested in signing new customers or not?? Extremely frustrating!! Such poor service!! Pity there isn’t another Virgin Active in Paarl.
