I have been a member of Biofit for a year now. I have noticed a decrease in body fat and increase in strength and stamina. I have been working out for many years but Biofit offers a unique way of exercising while also promoting overall well-being. I mainly concentrate on the ARX machine. I can get a full body workout in a short time and then allow my muscles to recover using the red light therapy machine. I also take advantage of the full body scan to track my progress. The staff members are welcoming, helpful and always trying to help me improve. I would recommend Biofit to anyone trying to improve their health and well-being.

Great place to get your workouts in! High tech machines...work smarter not harder! Super friendly, caring staff! Also a great place to come to if recovering from an injury with the biocharger and red light therapy... love this place!
