It's a very nice place, I love the pool. I especially want to mention the Dance Mix. It's good for your figure and fun. A huge thank you to trainer Alexey! He's a true professional and just a nice person.
Great cardio area and swimming pool.
Everything seems fine. There are a few "buts." The managers are selling a membership service, and no one bothers to talk to the buyer of the Fitness Salon service. Perhaps young people are well versed in the names of various sports activities. But you have to try everything yourself to see if it's effective and... beneficial to your body. I bought a six-month subscription, and it took two months for me to learn all the beneficial workouts for myself. Some trainers are good, and some are not.
It's a bit cramped, the equipment is packed tightly together. The water in the pool is very warm, 29 degrees. You can't adjust the shower temperature; it depends on the others. Otherwise, it's fine. The equipment is all new, and there's a wide selection. Lots of barbells and dumbbells.
The pool has four lanes, and in most cases, two of them are used for individual lessons, making it impossible to swim. The sauna is small and doesn't fit all the guests. The gym is large and has a lot of exercise equipment, which is why I added one star.
