Great gym has everything you could possibly need.

Staff was more than helpful. Everything was clean and tidy, and not too crowd. They only issue I had was not finding a space for push ups and sit ups. Not saying there are none, just that I could find one.

Gym has everything you need. Benches, squat racks, Dumbbells , bar bells, plates, kettles, functional equipment, rings, ropes, turf, sleds, treadmills, rowers, skiers etc. You can easily complete CrossFit / functional / cardio/ bodyweight or traditional bodybuilding type workouts here. Its very spacious and staff is super friendly. They open very early. I was in the city visiting for a few days and found this place to be perfect for all the various types of training I do.

It's conveniently close to my office, and it has everything you need. It's nothing exciting though. It feels like it seriously needs some modernizing. The changing rooms and showers aren't great...

I love some of the other SATS locations but this is a depressing gym. Doesn't seem to be any ventilation at the treadmills. Dark, sweaty, warm, like a cave.
