Great place yoga studio/gym with a perfect atmosphere. Yoga instructors were always kind, informative and just had the right feeling that yoga instructors need to have.

Best gym! (Ever). Great community, fantastic, well thought out classes and top quality instruction in an absolutely stunning setting, tucked away from the chaos of Hanoi. An absolute oasis! You’d be a fool to miss it whilst in Hanoi. Checkout the yoga classes. Well worth a weekly pass as a short retreat if you’re in the city

Really friendly staff, great atmosphere and in my opinion the best value for money gym in Hanoi. The place is very calm and has some amazing bonzai trees and wood carvings. I don't know what it was originally but it was smart of the owners to keep the decor and vegitation. The gym is never crowded and the equipment is what you expect. Lots of classes to try but I have not yet as I've broken my leg. One tiny thing that would be good is if they had a heating system in their pool to keep it from freezing me as I'm not doing much exercise like others but with 4 days cloud it gets icy lol.

Great selection of classes including yoga at reasonable prices. Gym equipment is very basic and limited though, best to go when it's not busy.
