Two of us took a private Bungee fitness class when we were in Madrid on holiday. It was really fun, the studio nice, the price super fair, and we learned so much in just one class. Can only recommend to try! I wish i could take Liza and the studio home with me :D
I have been taking pole and aerial classes with AerialMad for over a year now. I love it! They're the most fun and challenging fitness classes I have ever taken. You can really notice yourself getting stronger and more flexible with every class. The teacher is accommodating to all fitness levels and creates a positive environment for all the students. She is very talented and great at teaching new skills. The classes are always fun and motivating. I look forward to them every week!
I love AerialMad! A beautiful, modern space offering great classes including Airfit, Pole and Bungee. I have been attending Airfit since January and absolutely love the feeling of being in the ropes; stretching, hanging and creating beautiful poses in the air. It is an intense workout, improves flexibility and makes you feel amazing. The teacher is welcoming and keen to help you achieve your potential, and ensures correct Covid-19 measures are in place. My favourite exercise spot in Madrid!
I had been waiting for weeks to try out the Bungee fit class only to be left disappointed to find out that the harness didn't fit. To be fair,the instructor did text me a few days ago to make sure my measurements were within the harness specifications but I didn't think anything of it because I am a bit chubby but not super overweight. I think there should be s,m,l and xl harnesses available so that everyone regardless of their weight/body shape can enjoy the classes. I think the business is missing out on a key part of society and missing out on making more money off slightly heavier people by not having these harnesses available.
