Absolutely love this studio. The instructors are top quality — fully qualified and very attentive. The space is great and the atmosphere makes you feel good the moment you walk in. Highly recommend. P.S. It’s the authentic Pilates method, not just another pilates studio.

You enter the studio through a couple of glass doors and through the lobby of the building. When you open the door to the studio, you enter this beautiful lounge area where they usually have some snacks and some drinks. It’s really comfortable but at the same time very luxurious. To the left, you enter the studio, which is designed in a specific way that creates these spaces that are private and also open. It has walls that are mirrors and beautiful white curtains that act as organic dividers. Their equipment is excellent. Highest quality and well maintained. The restrooms and the changing rooms are cool. They have this vibe of modern, earth conscious, and at the same time high end luxury. But the main thing about this studio is the quality of the teachers. Every teacher is excellent, and they are super serious about Pilates and making sure that you have a great experience every time. This is definitely a one-of-a-kind studio and not to be missed for any Pilates enthusiasts coming through Lisbon. For the locals, it offers world class Pilates. There’s nothing that compares to the studio anywhere in the city. They have group classes, but they specialize in private lessons. No matter what you do here you come out feeling better, taller, stronger, and more positive about the day. Highly recommend. I wish I could stay longer and come here every day.
