Worst management I have had to deal with in my life. No customer care whatsoever. They don’t answer calls or respond to emails, as the email provided on the facebook page does not exist. I’ve been asking for a refund as they closed there sheikh zayed branch for a long time without information on whether it will be reopened or not, and they still haven’t called me or refunded my money.
They made us drive from Zayed to Maadi to sign some papers to get our refund after they closed down the Zayed branch, and told us we’ll be refunded in 14 days. 30 days later, no refund, no one called us, no one is picking up the phone. Disgraceful, out right scammers. What a waste of money and time.
The Zayed branch closed a month ago and they have turned off all their phones. No way to make a complaint, talk to management, get an update, or get a refund. Same happened 2 years ago in the Smart Village branch.
The worst customer service experience you can ever have. I went there 2 days ago asking for the offers and plans. the sales girl who were showing me the place were so sleepy she didn't even try to share with me any documentation for the plans she just told me verbally the prices as if i should remember all this numbers afterwards. I even asked her if anyone will give me a feedback call after or to send me these plans and this happened 4 days after through whatsapp and when i told her that i subscribed in another gym she blocked me.
