Dirty, run of the mill, literally made me gag the first time I came in. First, the entrance always smells like dog piss. Sometimes the smell of sewer water from the dirty stream nearby can also get strong. When the weather's really hot you'll feel like you're being cooked alive since there are no fans. That, aside from the smell of burning plastic from the tarps covering the place. Lastly, the toilet's unmaintained most of the time, so prepare for a nasal assault when you go in there (except for the ladies' side, I think it's actually clean??? correct me if im wrong, haha). But if you're locked in (or broke) and don't care about any of that stuff this place will do its job. Been going here for over a year already and got some pretty good gains. Not planning to change gyms at all lol. Reception guy's friendly. Probably owns the place but I'm not sure. There's protein powder, boiled eggs, bananas, water, energy drinks, and a tank top that no one ever seems to buy, haha. Made a couple of gym buds who I still don't know the names of until now. Primary mode of communication is mostly silent brofists before leaving and the occassional small talk. The playlist on the speakers never changes, you'll practically know the next song if you go regularly. Gym equipment looks older than my grandpa but gets maintained occasionally. If you're looking to get a nice and quiet workout don't go during weeknights. The biggest guys come over mostly during evenings as well, so yeah, it can get really packed. Best reason for my 5 star is cos it's dirty cheap (35 pesos per session, no time limit). never been to anywhere else with a price point lower than this. Might not be the best for experienced lifters or for peeps who don't like places that give developing country energy, and yesss there's plenty to rant about when it comes to the uncomfy stuff haha, but u get what u pay for lol. and yeah, comfort never builds muscle. all hail the gainszz 💪

Honestly, based on my experience in this gym. It is the worst gym I've been on. The staff is not mannered, you cannot lift heavy weights without making the slightest sound. Also the Machines are rusty and broken, so is the soul of this gym. Staff expects the gym to make no sounds like a library. Will never ever recommend.

Would not recommend to experienced lifters because though it is a gym but you cannot lift heavy
