One of the best gyms in Dum Dum Cantonment area. I can still call up that it was the first gym that was ever set up in this area. The infrastructure & equipments are pretty good. Two sections are available -- AC & non AC. It's a unisex gym. Different timings are there for men & women. It's suitable both for losing weight & building muscles. The trainer is also good & knowledgeable.

I feel pity for the people being fooled with the 5 star ratings cause the place is a mess or has been for the last 10 years. I'm a local so take my word for it, if you are serious about fitness and diet please go join reputed places like physiomax instead of wasting 1100 ish per month here. As an advance they'll charge about 2600, total waste of money as well as your health. The people in charge have no clue what they are doing. Only join if you are an experienced bodybuilder and know what you are doing without needing an eye otherwise you'll be screwed.
