CrossFit Life Performance

If you want to do real CrossFit, then this is the place. Proper certified coaches, great attitude and good equipment all come together to make this a great box. My advice is that please avoid CrossFit in gyms which "also" do CrossFit.. those are rubbish and you will land up getting injured. There is absolutely no harm in going to regular gyms and doing normal stuff but if it is CrossFit which you want, then seek out a pure CrossFit box like this one.

Fantastic place to work out, definitely don't feel like your attending a group session considering the personal attention given to each individual :)! Extremely well trained & patient coaches. I tried & tested other gyms as I moved a little away from the box but returned cause the driving distance didn't matter as much as enjoying my work out 😁! Highly highly recommended.
