Nada is an authentic and genuine person with real passion to help others, especially when it comes to awareness and mental health. She really helped me during my journey and was someone who gave with all her heart. No matter what I say I will never express enough gratitude to how much value she brought to my life, from yoga to meditation, in addition to breathwork and healing her touch is always unique, and hard to find anywhere else. I appreciate my experience with her and highly recommend her services and workshops, absolutely the best in Amman! As always she is always committed to bringing new techniques to mental health and spirituality, my last experience with her using the IMD breathing techniques, was beyond any expectation, such a beautiful journey.
