Great gym in Sonoma! Owner Carlos is very nice guy and probably far too generous with pricing. Offers a free day to newcomers and only charges $40/Mo for membership. Surely will need to raise prices at some point.

This is a gem of a gym. The proprietor, Juan, is welcoming and accommodating. There's no pretense about the place; it is for working out, nothing more, nothing less. For those of us who prefer gyms to be gyms, not spas or salons, it couldn't be more perfect.
