Good gym. The machines are decent, and you can feel the muscles working well. They have a little bit of everything.
Bellissima esperienza.. Padre e figlio sono fantastici, anche gli altri.. L'istruttrice Katia è come un'amica di vecchia data.. Se non siete iscritti ancora, vi consiglio di farlo, vi sembra di stare in una grande famiglia.. È la prima volta che vado in palestra, sono veramente entusiasta!
Great family run gym
Great gym and friendly staff.
I've been to a lot of gyms, and unfortunately, this one, despite having a variety of equipment, feels a bit run-down. The facility is a bit dated, as are the machines. It's a bit of a stretch for someone like me who's used to gyms with lots of machines for each muscle group. The prices are a bit high for what they offer. However, it has a large room with lots of steps and weights, I imagine, for classes... I liked that one. The atmosphere is gloomy and the locker room is very small. The showers are a bit dated and cost 20 cents a shower... Well, they could improve a lot, in my opinion, but as a parachute gym, it's fine.
