Friskis på Åby har fantastiska ledare på sina pass, samt många bra pass. Man har ju kul samtidigt som man tar hand om sig själv, inte så dumt. Roligaste passen är Skivstångsintervall och Hyrox cirkel, tycker jag i alla fall :)
Stort gym i ett plan. Bra utrymmen och maskinpark. Har inte testat något pass eller någon PT utan tränat på egen hand. Fräscha duschar och bastu. Litet minus för att man bara har halvskåp. Ta med eget lås.
Large, airy, clean. Large changing rooms and lots of showers. Just the right amount of music. Good lighting. Lots of good quality equipment. Easy to park.
