I trained here for a month. The coaches were very technical, but they didn't offer much guidance to the whole group, focusing more on the older members. The environment was disorganized, the music was repetitive, and in the summer there was no air conditioning; the smell was stale and it was impossible to even go inside. I had to cancel classes because of it. I decided to go somewhere else.
