I attended classes at Moore Pilates one summer a couple of years ago when I lived in the area and found everything about the experience really positive and helpful for my strength and fitness. Sam and her team are all very professional and friendly, and make a point to encourage everyone to find their own sweet spot and style, whilst ensuring safety and effectiveness. The equipment is top notch for the classes that use it. The community feel of the classes was heart warming. I hope to return when I can!
