Onelife Fitness - Windermere Gym

Onelife Fitness is probably the best gym community one could ask to be a part of. Equipment is always kept in great shape, the staff is extremely friendly and likable, and the smoothie bar is the reason that I am always running out of money. I have made some great friends through this gym and I couldn't imagine going anywhere else to get my gains!

Great gym and atmosphere, only a couple of things that concern me are people hogging equipment and being on their phones while doing it. That being said, Pamela is by far the best of the staff. She is very pleasant, social, always willing to help and answer questions, and just pleasure to see her every morning!!!

The facility is nice and the staff is helpful, but the cancelation process is an absolute nightmare! 30-day written notice required, where you will be responsible to continue to pay any regular bill that comes during that 30-days, plus a $60 cancellation fee! For my wife and I, that is the equivalent of 4 months of membership just to cancel! And it's all through a 3rd party company. Why can't I just walk into the gym, ask to cancel, and have it all done there. Absolutely rediclious!

Be carefully with onelife , When you sign ups, they never tell customer about 30 days cancellation notice. They said, the processing to cancel take 2 days but must email to them before 30 days(It's scam money).???. Go different place much better without too complicated for cancellation. NO MORE ONELIFE...
