BROADWAY BODY-Das Pilates Loft

Broadway Body is a Pilates loft where you feel comfortable. It is probably not only on the device with many loving details, it is up to Jens, the coach. With much professionalism, dedication and wit, he conveys the teachings of Pilates. During training Jens knows about mistakes, corrects them and deals with personal "aches and pains". It's fun to train with him. I would recommend this loft to anyone who wants to get their body back in shape and improve their fitness. There are five stars for that.

Jens's Pilates lesson is just wonderful, wonderful and refreshing. It is incredibly exhausting but totally effective and I feel more mobile afterwards. The hour is, as already mentioned, although extremely exhausting (of course nothing is known of nix) but with his friendly and humorous way in which Jens wears every participant through this lesson, time flies by. Once you have made it, you can be really proud of yourself. I particularly like the training in small groups and the resulting individual care. It supports one to achieve the best possible training effect for themselves and to come in no maladjustment. I am much more mobile, more vital and have much less "back", O). I just feel at home here. The studio is very large and bright, rather minimalist but with great attention to detail. You can see that clearly and clearly. I really like you Jens and your positive energy and I look forward to the hour every time. You realize that you put all your passion in this thing and are fully behind it what you do! Please keep it up! You and your studio are an absolute asset!
