Lucia is absolutely unacceptable. You can book tennis courts online for 8:00 AM, but when you arrive, she won't let you play on empty courts where you're not bothering anyone, and she charges you for the 9:00 AM hour. I came all the way from Aranjuez because the website allows booking for that hour, and now I can't play for an hour. It's a disgrace that such unprofessional and rude people are working with the public in a civil service position. We've been playing in Pinto sporadically for over three years now. Like I said, a disgrace! 😡😡😡
