F45 Training West Hempstead

I wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation for being a member of F45 since January 2022. This place has truly become more than just a gym for me; it feels like a family. From the beginning I noticed how everyone looks out for each other, creating a supportive and encouraging environment. The trainers are excellent, always maintaining a positive attitude and working closely with each member to help them achieve their fitness goals. They pay close attention to any issues we might have, such as my knee pain, and work with us to strengthen those areas. What I find most impressive is how the trainers understand our limits but still manage to push us toward attainable goals. Their dedication and personalized approach have made a significant difference in my fitness journey and I genuinely appreciate their efforts.Thank you for creating a welcoming and motivating community. ! I was always curious to try F45 when I saw them popping up in other towns and was thrilled to learn that one would be opening up so close to where I live. I needed to start a fitness routine and take my health more seriously. Even with my health concerns, I’ve always been able to bounce back and keep up with working out at this gym. The coaches and the members are like a family and you will always feel welcome. No matter what level of fitness you are at, it is always worth a try! Everyone has to start somewhere and I feel that F45 West Hempstead was a great place for me to start.

I’ve been working out for over 30 years and love working out in general but the people and workouts at F45 are my favorite to date. The trainers truly care about your results and the workouts will test your limits. Through it all your fellow F45 peeps will cheer you on. Can’t say enough good things about this gym!

I have been a member for at least a year. Last June2024 I had stomach issues, texted the trainer and manager at that time and asked to freeze my membership. Went back from September till November than I stopped again, I asked the same guy what ro do to cancel my membership, he said dont worry I will take care of it. In September 2025 out if curiosity is looked at my amex bill, I saw a charge from the gym, the more I kept looking the more I saw the chargers. Long story short, I reached out to management and they told me, that there was no way I going to get reimbursed for the part of the membership i didn't cancel, ( i trusted hhe managers word he was going to do that) they didn't even reimbursed me the 3 months of the membership i froze via text, they said they are willing to give me credit. So, you have this person that according to you, has been paying 190$ a month, for months, and you dont reach out and say, hey btw, are you coming back, you alive? We have been asking your money for a year now. Absolutely disgusting and horrible customer service and at this point simple courtesy. Do yourself a favor, never walk in this gym.
