One of the most pleasant experiences related to injections, blood tests, and doctors in general. Quick customer service, professional attitude, nice smile and helpfulness, additionally very good prices for blood tests especially are your main good qualities, in my opinion of course. Keep it up! :)

Today morning at 9:25-9:30 I had an appointment and suddenly when I started to talk to receptionist regarding my reservation at 9:30 . She started to talk in rude and loud voice to me. I didn't respond to her as she was barking but later she I said "wait I am showing the reservation on my phone" she said "I need id" . I hope from next time you have a better receptionist who is trained to talk to people in a respectful manner.

They had no respect for people's privacy whatsoever. I visited this place a few days ago with an acquaintance, and when it was time to verify our data, they switched our papers, exposing my sensitive information to the acquaintance. Such an error should not be allowed, accepted, or tolerated. Every person's data should be treated with the utmost respect and confidentiality unless they have explicitly stated otherwise. This was absolutely unacceptable, and I will definitely not be visiting this place again.

Been using this place for 6 months, every month. Mostly blood work, but others services too. Each time I do a lot of tests for a total amount of about 1000 PLN. Due to the fact that I do 20-30 tests at a time, it is convenient for me to select them in the packages that they offer. Their website does not allow this to be done quickly or conveniently because you have to open each package and see what is included. Since there are more than 30 packages, this is a pointless waste of time. So solution was easy, I am just ask at reception about paper book with all packages and it takes 1 minute to observe all packages at A4 size book. Today I come and ask again for this book. Lady answered me "no, sorry, we don't have it". Excuse me? You just give me this last 6 months, are you not? Then she said that it was there, but only for internal use. When I reminded her that I had been using this book for the last six months, she finally said that the packages had changed and the prices too. All I can do is select the packages on the website. It is completely unacceptable to make a ugly website that is all in pictures and colorful texts, hide analysis packages there and offer people to use it. Even with a discount for packages, when doing a large number of tests, as in my case, it is easier and cheaper to call a laboratory to your home. After this conversation, I am decide to change clinic. And remind to reception, that last blood work was not completed, because of low amount blood was taken by their personal. Ask for money back and was directed to write to their email. When I am staying right now at reception. Got money back at the end and leaved this place forever.
