My wife is having a very bad experience with the gym. It was a womens only gym before, all of a sudden with out informing the members it become men and women gym. They are not even allowing them to cancel the membership and not givin the refund. Its illegal. They are not providing what they offered, if they cant provide the services the offered. Please allow them to cancel the membership and give refund for sessions they paid. They are changing the trainers every month. this is the 5th trainer my wife is trining with. She is not even happy with the service

This is the terrible gym i ever saw, but when I signed up with the company it was a women only gym. They moved to sunridge for renovation and i put my account on hold, but they were charging me for that time as well. After the renovation the gym is not a women only gym, they didnt even inform us. Being a muslim and from an orthodox muslim family its very hard for me (not only me few of my friends) have issues. Tried to cancel the gym membership or put it on hold, they don't even cooperting with us. #Spa Lady Fitness CentresManagement : Please do something

Spa Lady Trans Canada: I'm also giving 1 star because of the poor customer service . When I joined the gym it was a women's only gym and now it's not I'm not at all comfortable at that. That's y we all choose spa lady but the service is horrible. Trainers won't show up on time, in this one year I'm having 4 th trainer. Trainers are leaving the club with short notice and i waited 2-3 weeks to get another trainer. Company is not all taking any responsibility. Roxanne not even replying.

This is a terrible gym not only is it run down and equipment out of date, but when I signed up with the company it was a women only gym. One day I went in and they decided to make it Co. Ed. I wasn't happy since I signed up for women's only. So I put my membership on hold, they agreed explaining they were going to be women's only soon but they have to do some renos. Sure enough they start charging my card again refusing to return the money. Do not ever sign any contract with this company.
