I've been going to that gym for several years now, and the service has always been excellent. The instructors are very good, and the manager is very attentive to everyone who goes there, so I can't recommend it enough. It's not excessively expensive for the services they offer. Best regards.
I've been a member of Larraona for many years and I'm as saddened as I am to see the progressive deterioration of the facilities as I am to write this review. The spinning equipment is often damaged (outdated bikes, broken saddles that ruin your clothes, old dumbbells, etc.), and there's a lack of disinfectant. The worst part is that the other day, in the middle of a class, an LED light came loose and fell on my back. For the safety of all members, I urge you to carry out urgent and proper maintenance. The facilities desperately need a renovation. The only reason I'm still there is because of the quality and professionalism of the instructors.

Lamentablemente he tenido que dar de baja de la clase de judo a mi hijo de 11 años después de 3 años. Volvió a casa llorando, y totalmente bloqueado por el trato dispensado por el profesor. La explicación del encargado del gimnasio es que a dicho profesor le gusta "hacer bromas" a los chavales, con métodos educativos bastante cuestionables. Después de darle de baja hace dos meses, el profesor en cuestión, ni se ha molestado en llamarme para aclarar lo que había pasado o disculparse, o preocuparse por el chaval. La atención en recepción cuando acudí al gimnasio el mismo día para hablar con el profesor, cosa que no conseguí, fue increíblemente negativa, hasta el punto de afirmar que no había acudido ese día al gimnasio, cuando hacía 15 min que había impartido clase a mi hijo.
