Signed a 12 month contract and was told by the employee that signed me up that my payments would come out on the third of every month. Which was all fine and dandy . So i wanted to cancel my contract because i moved to a new place and was going to cancel my contract before payment was due (to my knowledge it was the third) But when i looked at my bank statement it had come out on the first (which i didn't have the funds to pay for it in that account) so i called them to ask why they pulled out the payment early. The Owner Barb than went on to tell me that i was incorrect and that a employee would never tell me the payment comes out on the 3rd (i take that as being called a liar) she than said she was with client and would call me back. I Might add she had a atrocious attitude, for the first called. When she called me back however her attitude was better. So the next day i get a call saying my payment bounced (which doesn't surprise me because i don't have overdraft on my bank account) I did not call them back but did go into the facility the next day to cancel. When i tried canceling Barb wasn't there so the employee called her. Once again with a horrific attitude, told me that i now had to pay for August and only than she would cancel my contract. (My argument is why would i pay for a month i'm not going to use) She said it was because payment date had already passed in which my reply was i was misinformed on the payment dates and would have canceled at the proper time if i had been informed properly. Once again she proceeded not to take responsibility for the miscommunication and threatened that if i didn't pay that day that she would send me to collections and would take out payment on Sept. 1st. When i tried telling her my reasoning for not paying (aka because i have already moved) she got more upset and hung up on me. So now i am here writing my review. I am extremely upset and utterly baffled at the lack of professionalism and would highly recommend you DO NOT sign a contract with them! If you are to choose there facility to work out, that you do month to month payments and make sure you get everything on paper!
