Currently seeing Inge after breaking my foot, she is an absolute delight, very knowledgeable for such a young lady and extremely professional. Reception staff are just as lovely. Greatly recommend this place
Amazing results, & Lovely welcoming staff. 😊 I have been seeing Mat for my back as I was in a car accident which resulted in me suffering with a lot of pain. I have hyper mobility & pars defect, which worsened with the accident. After seeing Mat for 5-6 weeks, I have noticed a massive improvement with my pain, strength & mobility. Mat helps you understand your body whilst talking you through the exercises. I recommend going to see Mat if you are wanting results! I can’t thank him enough. 👍
From the moment I walked through the doors fearing I would forever be stuck in a rut with my body, I was warmly welcomed and made to feel at ease with my situation and hope for the future. Everyone is so friendly and caring. Mat has, and is, doing a terrific job to get me my body stronger and to have a better understanding of how I can maintain it.The added bonus of Mats good sense of humour just adds to the Pilates experience whilst he also ensures the knowledge he imparts is understood. I cannot thank them enough. Go see them if you want results 😊
I’ve been going to Move Forward Quinns on & off for years - the staff have always been so friendly & very helpful - I’m currently seeing Mat regarding my neck, lower back & knee problems. He’s great, very knowledgeable, always explains what he’s doing & why - also enjoy our chats during the session. Would highly recommend Mat & all the rest of the excellent staff at Move Forward Quinns! 😄
Friendly, fun and approachable staff. Easy to talk with. Matt is great sorting out any kinks I have regarding movement and or pain. Would highly recommend Move Forward Quinns Physiotherapy
