Very nice and polite ladies. Ms. L. G. arrived on a bad day, or the conversation went differently than she described. I've been a client of adad since 2006.

Very unpleasant, unprofessional, and extremely stressful. A client came for advice and was treated like a petitioner in communist Poland. The amount of rudeness and unprofessionalism unleashed on the would-be client absolutely discredits these women as trustworthy individuals. For example, they assumed that the lack of a tax return from their employer was definitely the client's fault; apparently, they "tore up and threw the tax return in the trash, and now they're lying" (these women's exact words), and that arrears in social security payments were cunning and deceptive. The entire conversation was conducted in this tone. This is not what I expect from an accountant. Above all, I expect courtesy, understanding, and professionalism. My rating is -10. Zero trust for such people. One got the impression they would be the first to bury someone's business for their own satisfaction.
