Crossfit718 is an amazing community. Brooklyn owned and raised. I joined CrossFit718 in 2022 and became pregnant 2 months after. I didnt quite and the support I received throughout my pregnancy from Coach Tammyli kept me going to the very last week of my pregnancy. The community was always supportive of me during my workouts and definitely helped me through my post partum recovery. I am so proud to be apart of a community of amazing people that push you to be your best and not give up. Tammyli always pushes me to keep going and believes in me even when I am not at my best. CrossFit 718 is an amazing community. Coach Iz, Tammy, and the rest of the coaches are all always so welcoming and attentive. I recently started a fully remote job and was looking for a place that I could share in my neighborhood and I'm so glad I chose this gym. I've been a member for about 6 months now. I was able to cut my body fat % from starting around 28%, down to around 20% now and feeling much healthier and with much more energy. CrossFit workouts are infinitely scalable. As soon as you get comfortable with a movement, there's a ton of ways to make things more challenging and continue progressing. The programming at CrossFit 718 is top notch and you really feel like the coaches are invested in every PR. There are social events, workshops and monthly challenges that keep things interesting outside of just normal workouts. The class sizes make this gym super approachable and the coaches are all very knowledgeable about all things fitness. I'd recommend this gym to anyone looking to push their limits, no matter where you're starting from.

It more than pays for itself in a single class, and being able to take three classes before joining is a huge benefit. There's absolutely no pressure to join during the trial period, which I really appreciated. Regardless of your fitness background - or whether you've ever set foot in a gym - the workouts are fully scalable to individual ability. Everyone is friendly and welcoming, which makes the experience genuinely enjoyable. The coaches are incredible, and the small class sizes create a personal-trainer-like group dynamic with plenty of oversight. This is especially great for newer members learning movements for the first time. There's a strong emphasis on safety and proper form, so you feel supported while still being challenged. Coach Tammy, Iz, and the rest of the coaching staff are all fantastic. The workouts themselves are tough but fun and completely doable. You leave feeling accomplished and energized.
