Good gym, but lacks equipment. If ypu workout heavy, most equipment are very limited in weight. They also only have 1 pair of dumbels of each weight. But most of the times its not busy, even during busy hours.
Update This gym has degraded... equipments are broken for months, crowded and without proper maintenance.... Shame 😢 Currently looking for alternatives Old review It is a ok gym, good price, decent equipments, and not soo crowded. The reason I am giving 3 stars is that compared to other gyms at the same price range, like the Big Gym, this one lacks a lot of lower body machines and pulley. Must have equipments, like hack squad and hip thrust are missing. there is only 4 pulleys which is far from enough. You're lucky the Big Gym is far away, otherwise, you'd be losing a lot of clients. 😢 You guys have enough space for adding more machines near the stairs, it should not be a huge investment to add some good quality for us.
Visited Saturday morning 09.00 Positive: one staff looked happy doing his job. Engaging with with everyone and offering assistance to anyone. I asked him for his name before leaving (Stan). Areas of improvement: cleanliness, equipment, bad smell everywhere - see photos. Another young staff in a black t-shirt was chatting with his friend for more than 45 minutes while training and following him from one corner to another causing him to occupy machines for long time. I've been to other sportcity (fit for free) branches and this one does not follow the quality standards like the rest.
