I love this place. The membership is pretty cheap for all you can access, pool studio with class, gym, and some sports like short tennis, badminton, basketball etc. Also sento and sauna 👌👌👌 but there ain't much foreign so better speak some Japanese

Cheapest gym in the area 400¥ per entry. Most of the time only old people working out there, light equipments not enough for serious bodybuilders but at least there are free weights
Honestly, I think the monthly fee should be higher for non-Mitsubishi employees (and their families). There are a lot of elderly people here, and they've formed their own rules and communities at the bathhouse, leading to some pretty outrageous behavior. It's being used like a cheap health center, and I'm concerned about the decline in public safety and morals. I hope the environment will improve in the future...
