Absolutely the top. I thank Laura Sarsini for her ability to teach in a simple yet rigorous way. Together with the exercises I learned the principles behind Pilates, which I put into practice daily, to lift a weight or move an object or simply to walk correctly. I have 2 lumbar hernias and doing Pilates regularly I no longer had problems such as sciatica or pains that would block me as it happened before.
