I have been a member of this gym for over 10 years, I’ve visited others and always came back to Empire! By far the friendliest staff and most welcoming atmosphere. Love that there is a sunbed and loads of drinks, supplements to choose from!! HYROX too!
I feel like I've done a tour of all major gyms in the area the last few years, but I am more than happy to stay here now. A great gym, not to expensive and welcoming. I struggle with my hearing so doing group classes has always been hard for me. But I am now a regular at vibe classes here. The instructors are really good and I follow their hand movements and i am doing fine.
Just recently joined this gym and think it's great. All staff are really friendly and go the extra mile to help you get the best out of your sessions. Facilities and equipment are top class and everywhere spotlessly clean. Great place 👍
Lovely gym and kind staff general. I really liked the gym but no consistent rule in class it says 5mins lateness cannot go into the class for safety issue Being late 3minutes for Saturday morning, I couldn’t go into class really disappointing The rule should be CONSISTENT not to confuse everyone.
