I have been a member for six years. Samsara provides a supportive, fun and encouraging approach to fitness, regardless of fitness levels. The environment is friendly and happy every time you visit. I would highly recommend Samsara to people of all fitness levels.
Grace and Bianca at Samsara are lovely women who really care. They make all classes fun but are so knowledgable in what they are doing . All the ladies who attend have a great time and we always encourage each other. I plan to keep being a member at Samsara, it's such a great place to attend and realise my potential.

I have been a member of Samsara in Canberra since they opened in 2012. Longest Gym membership I have had that's for sure! The reason is simple, every single staff member are caring, supportive and adapt to suit your needs. They encourage you without being pushy and always make you feel welcome. Samara and the lovely staff their continue to be part of my journey and are part of my life now. It's a place you can just turn up to and be you. :)
I love Samsara - i have left and come back a couple of times now due to personal reasons but every time i come back i love it just the same! Right now i haven't been going as much as I should but i always make time for my Thursday night Yoga! The classes i have done in the past and the personal training have all been fantastic and helped me reach my fitness and health goals! With regular program checks and check ins this Womens's health Club couldn't get any better. But wait it can :) The trainers and staff are all fantastic and very helpful! Would definitely recommend!
