Terrible customer experience compounded by faulty equipment - avoid at all costs! The employee's nonchalance was already a red flag, her explanations of the services were terse, only to then claim the equipment for the intermediate package was broken, forcing us to buy the higher-tier package. The cabin light was faulty - "it's nothing, the repairman will come on Monday..." - which raises serious doubts about the rest of the system. The cabin wouldn't close; a specific action is required, which wasn't explained. In short, I only complained after 15 minutes in a faulty cabin that remained open... no apology, no offer to come back to rectify this terrible experience... Even though we live only 100 meters away, we'll go to the competitor with a better reputation!
