Dirty, chaotic, no supervision, poor communication, unpleasant marketing techniques. Quite impossible to suspend payments, they will try everything and then charge you with fines. UPDATE: It's cleaner now, still no supervision. Everyday is a torture to try to enter because the gate never recognizes the fingerprint, after so many many years the never solve this issue
The water fountain was replaced with a vending machine, so there was no water in the gym area that you did not have to purchase.
Dirty with poor quality machines. Hard communication with employees, noone speaks English or other language only Spanish. Don't think you can ever receive any help from that place. The gym misspronounced my email address and I haven't heard from them since that day, however, they charged me for additional money - prolonged my subscription and even though I asked for my options they couldn't offer any. The worst place ever...
