Absolutely love the ladies-only facilities! 🤍 Azra’s classes are honestly the best!! If you’re looking to lose weight get fitter n meet some amazing ladies along the way definitely give her classes a go!! Such a welcoming atmosphere at the gym itself a great vibe🤩 Couldn’t recommend it enough!
Really happy with the equipment and facilities in the ladies area of the gym. Giving it 4 instead of 5 stars because parking is a massive issue. You can only fit 3 car outside the building. There is limited parking on the road.
DISAPPOINTING! very run down smells like sweat! Outdated, hardly any parking, filthy! It's such a shame it hasn't been maintained to any standards whatsoever. Staff was helpful. Has great potential if modernised. Good variety of Classes.
We are in a heatwave and the staff refuse to turn on the AC. You see people struggling and sweating but still do not turn it on. The staff do not care about the wellbeing of its members and would rather watch its members suffer to save money on electrical costs. Shame on you for watching your members suffer just to save a few pounds.
They are a good gym in some aspects. There is no music in the gym and it is segregated. There is also a place to pray alhamdulilah. The machines are old and haven’t been changed since the gym has opened. Old is not gold when it comes to gym machines especially when they rusty, cheap and outdated. The dumbbells has rust and mould growing on the dumbbells and the toilets stink. My husband told me there is a camera in the men’s changing room, surely that has to be illegal ?? The gym owners act like they know it all but in reality they don’t even train they’re just at the front all day on their phones. The old man on weekends rushes everyone to leave early (both boys and girls) as he wants to be home on time even tho we pay for a membership and football and we wish to leave when the it’s actually time to go not 30 mins before closing time. Also they are a Muslim gym yet they’re closed on Christmas, what a joke !! All the competitor gyms in Leicester have been staying open on all holidays including bank holidays, eid, Christmas etc. I don’t see why as Muslims they should close on Christmas for a few days especially when they don’t celebrate and sit on their bum all day in the gym. Either revamp the gym and clean it, listen to the complaints or have members leaving.
