Very cozy place, the classes are great. It's also good for absolute beginners, as they help a lot, the instructor is very nice and absolutely helps with the "I'm a complete beginner" panic and is motivating. Very good place 🥰
I can only recommend: great location, friendly & professional instructors, well-facilitated classes. Occasionally special thematic workshops, which are always really fun.
I’ve been doing aerial hoop for 2 years now, mostly in the UK. I visited this studio twice around Christmas time. I quite enjoyed their aerial yoga class, but the mixed-level hoop class would have been a bit boring if I’d only done what the instructor was showing. Generally, the instructors were nice. My main problem with the studio was the lack of protective equipment (e.g. 2 crash mats for 8 people), the lack of space (as we could literally kick each other during exercise) and the negligence of the maintenance of the equipment, as the tape on my hoop should have been changed ages ago. Overall, I didn’t have a bad experience, but there are serious flaws that they need to address.
