The Roc - Gym in Georgina, Canada

I visited ROC at Georgian today and had a really fun experience overall. It turned out to be a great day for skiing, especially because the rush was surprisingly low. Since there were fewer people than usual, everything felt much more relaxed and enjoyable. We didn't have to wait long in lines, which made the whole experience smoother. The staff management at the resort was very good. The staff members were helpful, organized, and ready to assist whenever needed. Whether it was guiding people around or helping with equipment, they handled things efficiently and with a positive attitude. The music playing around the area also added a nice vibe to the place. The tunes were upbeat and helped create a lively atmosphere while people were skiing and hanging out. It made the overall environment feel more energetic and fun. For those who don't have their own equipment, ski rentals are available for around $40, which is fairly reasonable. The rental process was straightforward and convenient. The weather today was absolutely perfect for skiing. It wasn't too cold, and the conditions were ideal for spending several hours on the slopes. The snow felt good, and the overall setting made the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a great outing. Between the good weather, helpful staff, reasonable rentals, and the relaxed crowd, it turned out to be a really enjoyable day at ROC Georgian. I would definitely consider visiting again.

We had a great time snow tubing here! The location was super easy to get to with lots of parking, the hills were well maintained, and there was an awesome vibe with music playing that made it even more fun. The facilities were also clean and well organized, which we really appreciated. Just a heads up for anyone planning to go: there is only one lift to get back up the hill, so there can be some waiting during busier times, especially with season pass holders having priority to get on. A second lift in the future would be an amazing addition! I would definitely recommend it for a fun winter outing!

A great place to spend time with friends or family. The service was good, and the location is convenient. We drove for about an hour from Mississauga on Sunday and had a reservation from 10:30 to 12:30. During those two hours, we were only able to go down four times because there were many people waiting for the lift. It would be great if an additional lift could be opened to speed things up. There were no lines at the top, and the staff were waiting for guests. Overall, it was a positive experience.

Went there for a birthday party. The place was well maintained and had plenty of activities for families. When we visited, they even had a gigantic bouncy castle, which was a lot of fun for the kids. Little far if you are not living in North.

Unfortunately, my experience at this place was very disappointing. The service was poor from the start. We waited over 20 minutes just to get our turn to play, even though the place wasn't crowded. The manager and one of the staff were unprofessional when we asked about the delay. After spending an hour there, my kids and I only got to go down once. I returned the tickets, and no one even asked why or showed any care. Very poor customer service.I've been to similar places that are loved by kids and families they were much more organized and respectful. This one, unfortunately, does not compare. I do not recommend it and will not return.
