Cleanest gym I have ever been to!! Friendly staff, small class sizes. No pressure to enter the competitions or rush- I was a bit concerned signing up that I would feel pressured to do more reps and loose form but staff have been great at correcting me if I rush or loose form. Great music.

Thank you to Colin and the amazing trainers at F45 North Ryde. I signed up on a trial almost 1 year ago, and now a happy member & a much stronger and healthier person. I love the class structure and warm/inviting atmosphere. Have made some amazing friendships along the way too! Thanks to Izzy, Sean, Myko, Colin, Lee and all the wonderful trainers for truly caring and supporting all the members.
Absolutely recommended for people who want training but have no time. Their programs are very efficient and make you to finish about 1.5-2 hrs of training within only 45 mins. Colin, Michael, and all the staffs are very helpful and they will kindly assist you even you are the beginner level.
The workouts are amazing. Coaches are excellent and they do care and coach you!! I have not done any excercise in last 10 years and now 2 week on Im absolutely loving it. North Ryde F45 is the best centre with plenty of free parking and fantastic atmosphere. I highly recommend it getting in touch with this centre to get your fitness back on track. Thanks, PK
