Convenient. Very friendly CSR staff. Great place overall for a decent gym. However, for the price of gym membership, ALL the threadmills need to be functional. It's ridiculous & frustrating. Also put some automatic air freshener to spray. Some people don't understand hygiene is a must!
Haven't been there since 2017 and it's still the same. Now out-dated equipment, really worn, nothing new. Cool staff, clean environment, ac was out. If you are looking for cool, averagely priced gym in the east and don't mind a good sweat. This is a good option.
24hour gym, so very convenient. Staff not so friendly or attentive unless it's to write your name in caps in the members book. Facilities medium sized, services offered are good standard but very overcrowded from the classes to the machines. Overall ok gym experience past 2 years
The gym is spacious and filled with equipment, friendly staff. However the female changing rooms are dingy, unsanitized, no functional seating to change. (Three $40 plastic stools provided). Missing ceiling tiles exposes the mall roof infrastructure. One changing stall also doubles as the gym chemical storage room. Not a good impression for such a huge establishment. Spoke with receptionist who frowned at my observations. Not showing any pictures because my intention is to inform management for much needed upgrade.
