Excellent classes and instructors! Lucía is very dedicated and attentive, explaining the movements and exercises clearly. She's very professional and caring. The center has various machines and equipment to make each class special and unique. It also complies with all health and hygiene regulations. 10 out of 10!
Hola soy Alejandra alumna de Synke hace 10 años He sido muy constante y perseverante con mis clases y trato de realizarlo 3 veces por semana . Mi experiencia con pilates ha sido maravillosa , y principalmente por la Lula . Conoce muy bien a sus alumnos y te exige de acuerdo a tus capacidades , logrando que uno se supere día a día . Es muy generosa al entregarte todos sus conocimientos para que tú aprendas y crezcas. He visto cambios en mi mente y cuerpo , mejorando la calidad de vida notoriamente , soy más ágil y feliz. Durante la pandemia realizar pilates me permitió mantenerme activa y motivada a pesar del encierro y aislamiento de nuestros seres queridos . Gracias Lula , gracias Synke
