Small but very clean and tidy. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Good range of dumbells with at least 3 benches, 2 squat rack. Decent amount of cardio. Never found it too busy. Great option for a casual if you are traveling and staying nearby.
I've been coming for 2 years now so I had the pleasure of having both Nicole and Jasmine as people I can talk to about things. Each of them has helped me regarding exercises, dieting advice, how to use machines etc in their own way. I've also felt accepted there and had no issues regarding misgendering or anything discriminatory from anyone. Theres always a challenge board and updates regarding events or equipment maintenence etc. Wish we had more machines for other body parts but Palmy isn't the biggest city. No obvious complaints or issues.
Great facility with all the necessary equipments you would need in a gym, plus it's clean and safe. And the gym has a 24 hour accessibility.
5 stars just for Nicole alone! Going above and beyond everyday, couldn’t be a more welcoming and happy environment without her!
When I initially signed up, I was under the impression that I was enrolling in a month-to-month membership where I could cancel with two weeks’ notice. At no point during the sign-up process was it clearly explained to me that I was entering into an 18-month fixed-term contract that I would be required to pay for in full until the end of the term. This misunderstanding has caused me significant stress, as I am currently unable to afford an 18-month commitment. Had the contract terms been clearly communicated and confirmed verbally, I would not have agreed to this plan. I have also emailed the club multiple times regarding this issue, but I have not received any reply, despite Jetts usually responding promptly. The lack of communication has left me feeling ignored and very upset.
