Functional Fitness - Gym in 02-654 Warszawa, Poland

I have been going to Functional Body and having sessions with personal trainer Iza Kuminska for 10 months now, and have to give 5* review! Iza is wonderful trainer - very focused, attentive, consistent in building up flexible and step-by-step stretching strength training routine. She is always positive, encouraging and has a smile on her face; after finishing a session with her there is no other option than to be in good mood :) The gym itself is small, but extremely well equipped and with cozy atmosphere. Recommend!

Great place with professional trainers. I've been working out with Kasia for almost half a year. Trainings were amazing, never the same (you don't have a chance to get bored😁), and most importantly I felt how I was becoming stronger with every training. Totally recommend.

I had trainings with Simon and I am highly satisfied with the results, as I definitely got stronger even feel muscles better and flexible in my movements. In the first session, he asked me about my expectations/goals and prepared exercise plan according to my needs. Since I was beginner, Simon made sure that I have the right weights and exercises, step by step he encouraged me to push more to get better output. He is very professional ( always confirmed the trainings in advance and on time) , well prepared ( had exercise list for each training) , knowledgeable and instructive (guided me how to continue at home). I would definitiely recommend having trainings with him. By the way, he speaks English fluently.

I've been working with Szymon for a while now, and I can confidently say he is one of the best trainers I've ever had. He is incredibly knowledgeable, always ensuring that I understand the purpose behind every exercise. Szymon is also very attentive to my limitations, making sure I'm working hard but never pushing me beyond what's safe. His level of engagement is impressive - he's always motivating and present throughout every session. I appreciate how organized he is, with well-structured workouts that keep me progressing consistently. Thanks to Szymon, this is the most consistent I've ever been in my fitness journey!

We lived in Marina Mokotów, and during one of my walks, I noticed the gym. I approached them to sign up my husband for a session. Based on his positive experience, I decided to join the gym as well, and Simon became my trainer. During the first session, Simon discussed my goals, requirements, and specific areas of focus. He assessed my strength and stamina, and based on these parameters, set up a tailored routine. I worked out three days a week, and at the end of each month, we reviewed my goals and progress, altering the routine as needed. Simon also provided alternative exercises if my body wasn't adapting to the pattern or if an exercise didn't target the intended area effectively. This was my longest association with any gym, and my workouts remained consistent. Working with Simon was easy due to his extensive experience and deep understanding of how exercise impacts every muscle. Even on days when I was low on energy, he would adjust the exercises to ensure I got maximum benefit from a low-intensity workout. It has been both a pleasure and fun to train with Simon. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and adaptable personal trainer.
