The coach is very demanding, there is no reduced fare for beginners 😁. Trainings are not boring, you never know what to come up next time .... Great atmosphere makes you just want to go back there!
Great trainer intense but very good workouts will always help you advise what and if you don't know how to train very good equipment and nice atmosphere I would recommend
