Great trainer intense but very good workouts will always help you advise what and if you don't know how to train very good equipment and nice atmosphere I would recommend

The coach is very demanding, there is no reduced fare for beginners 😁. Trainings are not boring, you never know what to come up next time .... Great atmosphere makes you just want to go back there!

I recommend P. Iwone Nycz. A great physiotherapist after only one meeting, my pain decreased by half and with subsequent meetings it was getting better. recommend
